At XOTIC PC, we strive to ensure your high-performance hardware meets your exact specifications; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most systems and components. Please note that custom-built machines may be subject to a restocking fee if returned for non-defective reasons.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team or log into your account to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your product in its original internal and external packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and software discs to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and use a trackable shipping method to send the package to our designated service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition and functionality, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
